Dynamic Yield Named a “Strong Performer” in Experience Optimization Platform Industry Report

Dynamic Yield announced today it was named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave™: Experience Optimization Platforms, Q4 2020 report.

Report States Dynamic Yield Impresses with Self-Serviceability

[New York, November 24, 2020] Dynamic Yield, a leading Experience Optimization platform, today announced it has been named a Strong Performer by leading global research and advisory firm Forrester Research, Inc. in its report “The Forrester Wave™: Experience Optimization Platforms Q4 2020,” which was published today. The company was among 10 top experience optimization platform (EOP) providers selected to be evaluated in the report. 

The report identifies and examines the 10 most significant EOP vendors, assessing them based on a comprehensive set of 22 evaluation criteria, divided into three high-level categories: current offering, strategy, and market presence. As part of Forrester’s extensive review process, the firm also conducted customer reference calls, analyzed vendor surveys, examined expert interviews, and participated in product demos. The report is intended to show how each provider measures up and helps customer insights (CI) professionals select the right one for their needs.

In its report, Forrester noted: “Dynamic Yield’s standout innovations include its APIs to enable testing across all channels, its application of deep learning techniques for product ranking, and its specialization in optimization analytics.” The report goes on to say that “Dynamic Yield has significantly strengthened its online testing capabilities since the last Forrester Wave evaluation, and its reference customers lauded its self-service capabilities.” “Marketing, commerce, and product teams that wish to optimize and enhance eCommerce engagements should shortlist Dynamic Yield.”
