Dynamic Yield Tops Crain’s 2020 List of Best Places to Work in NYC

Dynamic Yield announced today it has been recognized for the third time in the esteemed awards.

[New York, December 7, 2020] Dynamic Yield, the leading Experience Optimization platform, today announced its selection as one of the Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain’s. This marks the third time Dynamic Yield has been included in the prestigious listing, which recognizes just 100 companies each year.

Ranked 17th among midsize companies, Dynamic Yield has continued to prioritize and invest in the wellbeing of its staff, especially through the ongoing pandemic. The company has made numerous accommodations to support employee wellness and ensure those working remotely are comfortable at home, including flexible work arrangements, extended wellness, mental health, and retirement benefits, providing new hires with the most up-to-date personal tech products, hosting virtual events and celebrations, and offering weekly lunch stipends. The company also continues to provide ongoing learning opportunities in the form of online courses, live virtual workshops, and more, facilitating and supporting ongoing professional development and career growth.

Dynamic Yield is used by marketers, product managers, developers, and engineers from more than 350 brands across the globe to quickly build and test personalized, optimized, and synchronized digital customer experiences.

“Like most organizations, 2020 has tested our resilience, throwing many unforeseen challenges our way which we continue to overcome together,” said Tal Raziel-Yosef, VP of Human Resources at Dynamic Yield. “We pride ourselves on the passionate, collaborative, and creative nature of the individuals who work here, and we are so grateful to be recognized once again by both the industry and Dynamic Yield’s own employees for our efforts to create and maintain a vibrant and supportive company culture, even in these trying times. As we continue to grow and welcome new additions to our team, we look forward to further cultivating this rich environment for all our employees, whether in-person or virtually.”

“I was a little concerned about going through such an unconventional onboarding process, but Dynamic Yield was there with me at every step of the way,” said Sonia Guzner, a new Customer Success Manager at Dynamic Yield. “The company provided helpful welcome videos, held informative meetings over Zoom, and overall was highly effective at not only getting me up to speed but making me feel part of the team.”

Crain’s Best Places to Work in New York City list, now in its thirteenth year, identifies companies that go “above and beyond” for their employees. Companies are evaluated based on an employer questionnaire and employee survey on topics such as work environment, employee engagement, satisfaction, and benefits, as well as corporate culture. More than 20,000 employees working in New York City from a wide array of industries across the five boroughs were surveyed. Crain’s conducts the annual study in conjunction with independent research company, Best Companies Group.

The recognition by Crain’s represents the latest in Dynamic Yield’s longstanding commitment to workplace experience and culture. Earlier this year, the company announced its inclusion on Built In’s 2020 list of Best Places to Work in NYC.
