Dynamic Yield ranked 16 on Crain’s 2019 list of Best Places to Work in NYC

Dynamic Yield ranked 16 on Crain’s 2019 list of Best Places to Work in NYC

Dynamic Yield has been recognized for the second time by Crain's New York on its list of 100 Best Places to Work in NYC.

Since we last announced Dynamic Yield’s inclusion on Crain’s esteemed list of the 100 Best Places to Work in New York, our HQ has welcomed new members in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Channels, HR, and more. So many, in fact, that we required a larger office to accommodate the expanding team – still conveniently placed a few blocks away in the heart of Union Square.

But throughout the changes, the addition of new faces, and even our acquisition by McDonald’s, one of Dynamic Yield’s defining characteristics has remained the same, and that is its vibrant culture. Which is why being recognized by Crain’s again is a truly overwhelming experience.

Each year more rewarding than the last, in its 12th report, Crain’s surveyed more than 20,000 employees in the five boroughs on topics such as working conditions, benefits, and corporate culture. Evaluated alongside an employer questionnaire, rankings are based entirely on the data, with qualifying companies representing a range of industries, from consulting, engineering, finance, and law, to technology.

Most impressive, Dynamic Yield was included among a roster that features the likes of Bombas, Hinge, Peloton, StreetEasy, and Poppin. And while simply making the list is a huge accomplishment in and of itself, our stellar position makes the commitment we’ve made to nurturing an engaged workforce feel all the sweeter.

As we look to 2020, we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to further serve our employees. So if you’re interested in joining a passionate, collaborative, and bold team, be sure to check out our open roles here in New York City.
