Why do retailers struggle to drive conversions on mobile?

With more than 60% of traffic now coming from mobile devices, the smartphone is quickly becoming the definitive medium for e-commerce. However, there is remarkably little insight on how users browse and ultimately transact on the small screen.

To understand buyer habits, preferences and opinions on mobile shopping experiences, Dynamic Yield surveyed 500 shoppers who have made a purchase on a mobile device in the past month.
