To support the company’s content efforts during a period of aggressive growth and international acceleration, Dynamic Yield is looking for a Digital Content Creator in NYC, or on the East Coast.  

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, as a Digital Content Creator at Dynamic Yield, you will develop thought-provoking commentary for PR, act as the company’s brand advocate and executor in culture content, lead our social media activations, and own our localization initiatives. The role requires close collaboration and alignment across Marketing functions and its various stakeholders in events, content, demand generation, product and partner marketing, design, and communications.


On a typical day, you might

  • Launch a campaign on social media
  • Produce a company milestone blog
  • Translate collateral into different languages
  • Create content for an HR initiative
  • Draft a press release for an announcement
  • Write copy for events or demand gen purposes
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy and quality

The optimal skills for success in this role:

  • Strives for perfection in their work as well as that of others while balancing the need to move quickly, all without getting lost in the weeds
  • Naturally gifted at writing, turning complex subject matter into compelling, easily digestible information without sacrificing its integrity
  • Skilled at managing and prioritizing a multitude of projects with varying deadlines but experienced enough to prioritize and set realistic expectations   
  • A problem-solver who will take the time to work an issue out independently but isn’t afraid to ask the appropriate questions when necessary
  • Self-motivated and interested in tackling new and unexplored opportunities that might otherwise have gone unnoticed or unrealized 


  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B or Saas setting
  • A strong command and appreciation of tone, mechanics, and grammar
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Extremely organized and skilled in project management 
  • Knowledge of the latest content and digital marketing tactics 
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, optimization, and personalization – a plus
  • Background in eCommerce or financial services a plus
  • HTML / CSS knowledge – a plus

*Salary Range Base $100-$115k*
