About Our General Manager - APAC
Dynamic Yield is on the lookout for a “dynamic” and experienced General Manager of APAC region; someone who’s been around the block a few times, knows the ups and downs of a sales cycle, and can stay cool, calm and collected as he/she keeps their eyes on the prize.
As our General Manager in APAC, we’ll encourage you to network with global online marketing executives at major brands, educate and promote DY products, and lead a winning sales team to success. This is a role for a team player with experience in marketing technology sales, someone who is driven to excellence and has the interpersonal skills to create bonds through a number of channels. In other words, this is for a detail-oriented go-getter who sets goals and voraciously achieves them.
- Managing Dynamic Yield’s APAC office
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets individually and for the team
- Providing an accurate forecast of opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Dynamic Yield’s client success organization to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions
- Build dynamic Yield’s brand in the region
- Penetrating new markets
Optimal Skills for Success:
- Similar experience as a Regional General Manager in APAC
- At least 7 years of experience with SaaS enterprise sales, preferably marketing technology
- Proven experience selling into the eCommerce industry
- Regional team leadership
- Successful sales track record in meeting and exceeding assigned individual and team quotas
- Deep knowledge of the APAC market and landscape including a relevant personal network
- Be comfortable selling to senior level executives
- Relevant consultative and strategic selling in the SaaS enterprise business
- A proven sales hunter and closer with a track record in software sales
- Based in Singapore
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Leadership skills, dedicated, hungry and energetic
