About our RVP Sales - DACH (Deutschland, Austria & Switzerland)
If you are an experienced Revenue or Sales person, looking to work with global online marketing executives in major brands, pursue rapid career advancement opportunities, experience the thrill of winning with superior technology and enjoy fun, friendly, fast-paced company culture, then join us.
- Managing a team of Sales Directors (SD), Market Development Managers (MDM) directly, and Solution Engineers (SE), Channel Director and Account Directors (AD) in a matrix structure in Berlin, Germany covering the DACH market
- Supporting the SDs develop a strong pipeline of opportunities via an MDM Manager and Partner Team
- Establishing and maintaining a high sales call volume targeting Director and C level executives in Retailers, Financial Services etc
- Team selling by hosting Dynamic Yield executive level sales resources with key decision makers
- Training, motivating the SDs with quick reactions time on contract negotiations, competitive pitches and strategy direction on communication
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Providing an accurate weekly forecast of opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Dynamic Yield’s client success organization to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions
Optimal Skills for Success:
- Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years selling digital marketing solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Directors and VPs of Digital Marketing and Directors and VPs of eCommerce
- A solid understanding of online marketing concepts & marketing technology sector
- Must have a proven track record of closing typical transactions in the $75K – $1,000K+ range
- Professional German speaking knowledge with English is a must
- Must have a consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent core sales, management & basic legal skills
