About Our Customer Success Training Specialist

Dynamic Yield is looking for a highly motivated person who is interested in joining the training team. We are looking for someone who enjoys both the design and operational aspects of what it takes to deliver effective training to customers. In this role you will first master the Dynamic Yield platform, learn best practices, and then work with the Training Manager to create and update training content and coordinate training events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn more about Customer facing training and create amazing training materials for our customers.  

The Task-at-Hand:

  • Revise current training materials based on marketing standards and designs or create new training materials as needed for ongoing customer success
  • Manage the behind the scenes, end-to-end training events and logistics, including upfront registration, communication, enrollment, event planning, materials management, onsite logistics, and post-course evaluations
  • Keep training courses organized and easy to find within our Learning Management system
  • Create marketing materials to promote upcoming events and trainings
  • Analyze data from trainings and feedback surveys and make recommendations based on customer feedback
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure training curricula is always up-to-date and captures new features as needed

Optimal Skills for Success:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills is a must 
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Impeccable analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience with designing beautiful and effective presentations 
  • Ability to create presentations and training materials that are  effectively to ensure customers are able to learn and digest complicated content
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and web technologies across different platforms is a plus
  • Be able to work from the office few days a week, according to  the current effective regulations of Latvian Cabinet of Ministers
