About Our Talent Sourcing Specialist
Dynamic Yield is on the lookout for an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist – someone to sniff out the best candidates to hire and help us scale and continue to be Personalization leaders.
This role is for someone who keeps an ear to the ground and an eye on the industry, sourcing upcoming talent and making introductions and connections.
- Produce a strong and diverse talent pipelines for hiring needs by sourcing using a variety of creative channels (referrals, networking and other sourcing tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, Facebook, etc)
- Lead and plan strategy and implementation of sourcing goals
- Work closely with Global hiring managers in all levels and the Talent acquisition team
- Maintain deep relationships with potential candidates
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing.
Optimal Skills for Success:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist for technical positions, either in-house from a Hitech company
- Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and tools
- High level of English - both written and verbal
- Successful track record of building strategies and implement them in digital and physical talent sourcing methods
- Creative and Proactive
- "Can do" attitude and self-motivated
- Strong attention to details and strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills to engage passive candidates
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Experience with sourcing globally - Advantage
