Customer Marketing Manager

Dynamic Yield, a Gartner-recognized Leader in Personalization Engines multiple years running, and a Strong Performer in Forrester’s Experience Optimization Wave, is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this person will own Dynamic Yield’s overall customer marketing and engagement strategy, including the full customer co-marketing lifecycle, creation of customer stories and thought leadership, development of customer summits, webinars, and speaking opportunities, and the cultivation of strategic relationships with Dynamic Yield’s champions. 

Our customers are the core of Dynamic Yield. Amplifying their success with our platform and journey with our brand play a significant role in how we nurture relationships not only with prospective buyers, but with partners and analysts as well. This role is, therefore, critical to the Marketing team, requiring significant collaboration across functions such as Design, Events, and Demand Generation but also requires a tight-knit relationship with Customer Success, Sales, and Channel. 

Successful candidates will have experience in SaaS or B2B Marketing, leading and executing customer marketing efforts and building high-value co-marketing collateral and campaigns.

The task at hand:

  • Cultivate strategic and long term relationships with Dynamic Yield customers 
  • Lead every stage of the co-marketing relationship lifecycle with outstanding attention to detail, making engagements low-effort and high-value for our customers
  • Uncover new use cases and ROI that demonstrate the value Dynamic Yield brings to our customers
  • Produce rich customer stories across all formats, channels and full-funnel activities including blogs, case studies, videos, demos, webinars, speaking opportunities, etc
  • Work closely with customer success and product marketing to craft stories of our most strategic customers that support our go-to-market initiatives
  • Collaborate with our events team to host customer summits and source customer speakers for other DY event

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer marketing experience in B2B Marketing or SaaS setting
  • A strong command and appreciation of tone, mechanics, and grammar
  • Experience developing customer stories from concept to development to promotion
  • Experiencing managing the co-marketing relationship lifecycle
  • Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape and SaaS-based business practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, optimization, and personalization – a plus** Please include a sample customer story or case study you’ve worked on as a reference along with your application**
  • *Salary range: Base $100-115k*
