Job Summary:

A world leading provider of website personalization and optimization tools is looking a Conversion Optimization Specialist. You should be passionate about improving conversion and revenue and work your magic across our portfolio of brands. You’ll analyze website traffic for trends and use patterns to identify and quantify customer habits and behavior Candidates should have a data analysis background and have experience improving online conversion funnels from various traffic sources and on different online retailers verticals.

  • Use online data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for marketing campaign improvements and site optimization initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate website behavior patterns and assist in ongoing website optimization initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing strategies and on-site merchandising efforts.
  • Work with internal and external teams to help improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis when necessary.

  • Optimize the customer journey on our customers’ websites to increase conversion rates.
  • Execute optimization plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting and behavioral targeting.
  • Translate customer needs into effective, valuable solutions and communicate solutions to appropriate parties.
  • Transform both qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights.
  • Work tightly with the customer success team members to make sure customers are using the product
    efficiently, experiments are setup correctly and uplifts are seen across out entire portfolios.
  • Stay up-to-date on any new analytics and CRO tools, applications and industry research.
  • Synthesize data/research from multiple sources to define testing thresholds and better understand test outcomes.

Experience Guidelines:

  • 2+ years in a web analytics role.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • 2+ Experience with website optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of the eCommerce world.
  • SEO and digital marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with behavior and segment-based targeting methodologies.
  • A knack for storytelling through visuals, content and data.
  • Results driven, experienced individual that can reliably meet goals & deadlines.
