The Personalization Expert Award is given to leaders in our customer base who have a complete grasp of experience optimization, deploy campaigns across channels, are targeting and segmentation pros, and push the limits of personalization to create real value for their customers and their businesses.

The Personalization Innovator Award

An award for only the savviest Dynamic Yield customers, the Personalization Innovator Award recognizes brands that not only understand the true value of customer experiences but also find new ways to tap into our platform, build exciting use cases, and level up their personalization efforts.

The Partner Excellence Award

The Partner Excellence Award belongs to the Dynamic Yield partners who exemplify true leadership and collaboration, are experts in the platform, offer strategic guidance and support to mutual customers, and serve as an extension of the Dynamic Yield team.

Our Selection Process

Our Customer Success team evaluated all 350+ brands in our customer base, analyzing the personalization programs and use cases they’ve built over the last year. Based on two key criteria – expertise and use case innovation – we shortlisted a dozen brands who have found unique ways to tap into our platform and have mastered the ability to personalize digital experiences. After a thorough review process by a cross-department panel, we are excited to honor six organizations that went above and beyond this year, as well as two key partners that have been models for effective collaboration.
