- We do not share, distribute, sell or rent any of your Personal Information with/to third parties except in the following circumstances (as far as the CCPA is concerned, the below shall be deemed as the categories of Personal Information we have disclosed for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months):

- We have not Sold (as this term is defined under the CCPA) Your Personal Information in the preceding 12 months.

DY does not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals. If an End User is a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2) permits such individual to request information regarding the disclosure of his/her information by DY to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Users have a right at any time to:
- Receive confirmation as to whether or not Personal Information concerning you is being processed, and access your stored personal information, together with supplementary information;

- Request rectification of your personal information that is in our control;
- Request erasure of your personal information;
