As a Chief Revenue Officer for Lamoda, Benjamin manages all sales related activities across the numerous platforms across Lamoda's markets as well its product management. He successfully implemented an integrated view on trading, that bridges the topics of Inventory Management, Merchandising, Marketing and Product Management with the customer at its very core. Before joining Lamoda in its early stages, Benjamin was a member of the Investment Banking team of Goldman Sachs in Germany. He holds a BA in Corporate Management & Economics as well Politics from Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

Nick leads the eCommerce team at Tottenham Hotspur. He is responsible for the analysis, optimisation and personalisation of the eCommerce website in addition to development and delivery of the roadmap for the site and performance marketing management.

General Manager eCommerce & Advertising, BILD

Robert Blanck is General Manager eCommerce & Advertising at BILD Germany. He is responsible for the eCommerce platform BILD Shop. It´s one of the leading eCommerce players in sports merchandising in Germany. BILD as the major news publisher is driving high reach and traffic to the sports shop which needs an effective way to monetize traffic with eCommerce revenue. In his second role, he optimizes the advertising revenue and is developing optimization strategies for BILD. Therefore, he knows a lot of the advertising market from both sides. Spending effective marketing money on the one hand and optimize advertising revenue streams on the other hand.

As the Head of Product (Frontend), Sascha is responsible for all product development activities in the Mister Spex online shops. Before joining Mister Spex in 2013, he worked as a consultant at IBM. Sascha holds a diploma in Information Management and a MBA in General Management.

Konstantin Bayandin is a Digital Marketing Director at He is responsible for online marketing, pricing and analytics. Konstantin makes sure that the company takes data driven business decisions at a large scale and high frequency in order to drive revenue from more traffic and higher conversion. Before he worked at the Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MS in Physics from MIPT and an MA in Economics from NES, as well as an MBA from Stanford.

Maryana Antipova

Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, Juniqe

Maryana leads the CRO team at Juniqe comprising onsite optimization, experiments & A/B testing, promotions & onsite campaigns, upselling & cross-selling and programmatic catalog sorting. She holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics from University of Freiburg, where she worked for many years doing research in the field of Economic Development & Political Economy. She then brought her statistical and quantitative skills to the eCommerce field, first in Display Marketing at Wayfair and then in CRO at Juniqe.

Global Head of Onsite Merchandising and Design, Jumia Group

Lawrence Ullmann is the Global Head of Onsite Merchandising and Design of Jumia Group (formerly Africa Internet Group. Since 2014, he has been working on optimizing user experience on the Jumia Group websites starting in Nigeria and then Africa wide. Previously, Lawrence worked for Procter&Gamble in the DACH region. Lawrence holds master degrees in international management from ESADE Business School, Spain, and CEMS.

About the Personalization Pioneers Summit

What if I don't live in Berlin? Dynamic Yield will be covering lodging costs for clients who are traveling from out of town. The event manager will be in touch about your room reservation very soon. You are just responsible for purchasing travel to Berlin.
When should I arrive in Berlin? The conference will kick off with a welcome reception and dinner the night of Monday, September 4th. You should aim to arrive in Berlin with enough time for hotel check-in (if you are staying in a hotel) before gathering by 6pm. Location for the evening event is TBA.
When should I leave Berlin? The Summit will conclude the evening of Tuesday, September 5th. However, since there will be a celebration following the working sessions, DY is paying for rooms at the hotel Tuesday night. You are free to head home anytime on Wednesday, September 6th.
What if I live in Berlin? Even better! Since you will not be needing a hotel in Berlin, please do join us for all activities and content sessions. You'll just have the luxury of sleeping in your own bed each night. The event manager will be in touch about locations and times for you to join.
Where and what time will personalization Pioneers Summit be held? The Summit will take place at SoHo House Berlin. The Summit will be a full day of content on Tuesday, September 5th. It will begin at 9am and conclude at 6pm. Following the all day working session, we will be taking the group out for an evening celebration.
Do I have to worry about transportation during the Summit? Nope! DY has you covered there as well. We will be managing transport to and from the venue and evening activities through the Summit. You do need to get yourself from the airport/train station if you will be traveling to Berlin.
