Currently available on demand

About the Talk:

This year’s CX1 WORLD once again brought together the leading CX champions to share their expertise in customer experience and customer loyalty to the virtual stage. Each of the four days of the programming focused on different key topics with unique insights: customer intelligence, continuous innovations & customer centricity, retention at scale, brand advocacy, and international CX.

During our CX1 session, we shared the virtual stage with Decathlon, one of the largest sporting goods manufacturers and retailers in the world. The company is on a mission to make sports more accessible for all, and Nadine Benn, the Product Owner of eCommerce Personalization for the brand’s Deutschland arm, knows what a significant role a tailored customer experience plays in helping shoppers find what they need to live sports. In this discussion, she discussed how the company has been leveraging the Dynamic Yield platform to help the team not only create value for customers, but also the business.

In this session you will learn:

  • How Decathlon used A/B testing and recommendation strategies to create the ultimate performing homepage
  • The benefits of working within a hybrid model (Script VS. API)
  • How working within specific geo’s helps brands personalize globally
