Dosenbach-Ochsner AG experiences full support of Dynamic Yield team, onboards tool in less than a month

My name is Manuel Füchslin. I am the product owner for Dosenbach Ochsner AG in Switzerland. Dosenbach Ochsner belongs to Deichmann, to the Deichmann group. There’s two shoe brands: Dosenbach Ochsner Shoes and Ochsner Sports. The onboarding was really good. We had like a kickoff meeting, and then we got the setup guide, very clear, describing what you need to do. We did it. We did it really fast, then we got going. We always have a channel where we can talk to each other. We can involve other people like the developers from our side. They help each other out, so the project management was, yeah, really pleasing. For the whole onboarding we used about three weeks and then we had stuff going. One of the main benefits of Dynamic Yield and their team, and the CSM, is that they actually deliver packages and also strategies, how they want to set it up, so we don’t have to start from scratch, and we can then afterwards evolve on those strategies and those personalizations. My experience with Dynamic Yield is really good. I used other vendors and Dynamic Yield is just simple for me as product owner, and as well as, like, for the marketing team and the online shop managing team, with the whole variables, with the templating, CSS, JavaScript, how it’s set up in the backend of Dynamic Yield. It’s just, it’s a lot of fun working with the tool.
