I chose Dynamic Yield because I really wanted to join a company that had an explosive growth trajectory in terms of the company, but also in terms of the position I was going to join at. One of the things that I was looking for when I joined Dynamic Yield and the Customer Success Team specifically was to understand how different companies tick. And at Dynamic Yield, I’ve had the opportunity to work with best-in-class companies, best-in-class teams within those companies to see how they work together, to see how they integrate a product like Dynamic Yield into their workflow, and to eventually see how that makes a better, more interesting, more comfortable experience. The other nice thing about Customer Success at Dynamic Yield is that it’s cross-functional. You get to work with Sales, you get to work with Engineering, Product, R&D to really understand how the product works, really understand how your customers are interacting with the product. One of the best things about Customer Success is that you get to work within your team with a lot of really different talents and personalities, people who come from the technical side, people who come from the sales side, business development, product management. It’s the people here that really drive every single thing that’s amazing about this company. To be a Dynamic Yielder means that you are working in a fast-paced, competitive, but really collaborative environment. Everyone is working at their highest level, but supporting you on every single step of the way.
