I’m a senior customer success manager at Dynamic Yield and I manage customer relations. I work with mainly our European customers and make sure that they’re enjoying, doing well, and gaining value from our product. Being a DY’er is like being on a rollercoaster. It goes really fast, but it’s really fun. But in general you’re very secure. You’re in a good place and it’s a good collective experience. What I like the most in Dynamic Yield is the never say never policy. Everything is possible, just like I think that it’s a part of our culture. We do the utmost in order to make things happen. Being here, everybody who I met, also the previous colleagues that I had worked with were so passionate about what they were doing, I really wanted to be a part of that.
