He was previously the Director for International Investments at ProSiebenSat.1, one of Germany’s leading media groups focusing on Partnerships, Investments & Business Development for Consumer, Data & Analytics sectors. He also developed operating expertise in CRM, Data & Analytics while at Rocket Internet as the Head of CRM based in Berlin covering e-commerce & marketplaces assets.

Laura Mason, Digital Product Manager, On

Laura Mason

Laura is a Digital Product Manager at On. She leads a team of designers and developers dedicated to building customer-first, user-centric digital products. Laura was previously a Senior Interactive Producer with Apple, where she focused on brand-building and marketing efforts. Prior to her time in the digital world, she worked in cross-disciplinary art production including theater, film, and opera.

After 10 years working on digital products and content marketing in the outdoor sports industry, working with media houses, brands, and retailers, Steve joined On’s eCommerce team. Steve began on the Product & Growth team, identifying opportunities for growth-hacking, elevating the customer journey, and developing the online platform which enables On’s hyper-growth. Now focusing on DTC and cross-functional business development, Steve is responsible for creating unique blue-prints and growth-hacks born out of diverse regional challenges.
